Fitness in Lockdown
Well a wet lockdown certainly brings new challenges! We’ve been so fortunate to have the lovely weather recently, allowing us to get out and about for our daily exercise to keep fit. It also hugely helps our mental health by keeping active and getting fresh air! But seeming as the weather seems to have taken a temporary turn for the worse, its time to mix things up with circuits classes in the kitchen! #fitness #activebodyactivemind #lockdown
