How do I pay for my order?
We accept most debit and credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal. If you wish to pay using a card over the phone, please call us on 01460 220769.
If I select Tracked 24 at checkout, how long will my order take to arrive?
Most Tracked 24 orders arrive within 1 - 2 days, however can take up to 3 days so if you need your item quickly, please select guaranteed next day delivery at checkout.
If I select Tracked 48 at checkout, how long will my order take to arrive?
Most Tracked 48 orders arrive within 2 - 3 days, however can take up to 5 days.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I am not happy with the item when it arrives?
We are more than happy to try and resolve the issue.

How long will my personalised horse brush take to arrive?
As all of our personalised items are made to your specification, please allow 10-14 days for your item to be delivered.
Can I get my item gift wrapped?
Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service for £3.95. When you add the desired item to your saddlebag, there is a tick box to select gift wrap. You can also add a message to the text box for us to add to a gift tag for you.
I want to get my gift wrapped item sent straight to the recipient - is this possible?
Yes of course! Just enter the recipients details in the shipping address rather than your own, and we will send direct to them without any invoice details.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, any orders placed to be shipped outside of the UK will cost £12 shipping.
Can I buy a gift card on your website?
Yes you can. Our gift vouchers come in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100 and will be sent via email with instructions on how to redeem at checkout.
Where do I enter my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it on the checkout page in the 'gift card or discount code' box.
What do I do if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, your order has not been placed and you will not have been charged. Please try an alternative method of payment or call us on 01460 220769 and we can try and put it through on your behalf.
How do I clean my sliver jewellery?
You can clean your jewellery carefully using a soft silver cloth. This should polish out any slight marks and restore its shine. For more stubborn marks you can use a silver dip, however read instructions carefully so as not to ruin your jewellery.
