The bear was quaxy bear not Barnabus. The photo is quaxy. This is retired so concerned not genuine. Boughtv2 anyway as grandchildren love pigs and adore them

Really Bad Shipping Experience

They didnt provide tracking until almost two weeks after ordering with them. The carries they chose didnt update shipping info for almost two weeks and stayed stuck in a location. At this point not sure if I will ever receive package. Wont order from this seller again

Sorry you did not receive the tracking until two weeks after ordering. We can see on the tracking now that the parcel was received in Los Angeles on the 27th Dec and delivery was attempted to your address on 30th Dec but there was no answer. It does say they have left a card with instructions on what to do next, so I hope you have now received this and can retrieve the parcel?
